1. Use of Our Services
You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Upload or process content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Services or servers
- Use our Services in a way that could damage, disable, or overburden our systems
- Use our Services for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
- Circumvent any rate limits or usage restrictions
2. Content Uploads
When you upload content to our Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the right to upload and process the content
- The content does not violate any laws or the rights of others
- You understand that we will process the content to provide our Services
- You understand that we will delete the content after processing
3. Usage Limits
Our Services are subject to usage limits. The specific limits depend on your account type:
- Free Users: Limited to 10 text analyses, 5 file uploads, and 5 image analyses per day
- Pro Users: Limited to 1000 text analyses, 100 file uploads, and 50 image analyses per day
We may change these limits at any time at our discretion.
4. Accuracy and Limitations
While we strive to provide accurate results, our Services are not perfect. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the results. You should not rely solely on our Services for critical decisions.
5. Intellectual Property
Our Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Services without our prior written consent.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.
